I really don't know what the "optimal" time is for scans. But my onc does do them quarterly--and has--since my recurrence last September. I ASSUME my brain MRI will also be quarterly. My radiation onc is leaving it up to my onc, although he did mention having them somewhere between 3 and 6 months.

If only we knew...about timing among other things.
