Part of a wheel

i went to a healing talk given by a 26 year old parapalegic. She was hit by a car in 2000 on her first day of school in the 7th grade. her story will be on a7e on October 25th directed by Christopher Reeves. It is a story of hope and healing. She lives in my local community.

Briefly her mother and her became blended the day of the accident and the mother went to school everyday from 8th grade thru Harvard! People ask her how do you cope? I know people ask me as a cancer survivor how do you do it? She gave the best answer. She said, "I am part of a wheel. it is not just about me. It is about my entire support system. You cannot go through these things alone. You need others and I am part of a wheel.' I found this to be the most profound thing I have ever heard.
