Thank you my her2 sisters for all your bday wishes! You made my day! This was definitely a memorable bday as we are now able to share the very exciting news...my daughter is expecting my very first grandchild! We weren't able to share this wonderful news until she reached the 12 week mark and today on my bday she reached the end of her 3 tri-mester, so we are now shouting it from the rooftops for all to hear the fabulous news. Thanks again for thinking of me on my bday.

Happy Birthday Rina.......and you have so much to be thankful for..... Good health....loved ones AND a new grandbaby! We are having a new grandbaby too. Our youngest son and his wife. Me and my other daughter in law are having her baby shower tomorrow. So exciting, isn't it. I just found out too that they are naming the little girl (IF it really is a girl) Lauren Mary (after grandma) - awwwwwwww - Life is good, isn't it!!!!

9-28-09 Loading dose of Herceptin & started Zometa
9-29-09 Power Port Placement
10-24-09 Mass 6.4 x 4.7 cm on Rt. femur head.
11-19-09 RT. Femur surgery - Rod placed
12-7-09 Navelbine added to Herceptin/Zometa.
3-23-10 Ten days of rads to RT femur. Completed.
4-05-10 Quit Navelbine--Herceptin/Zometa alone.
5-4-10 Appt. with Dr. Slamon to see what is next? Waiting on FISH results from femur biopsy.
Results to FISH was unsuccessful--this happens less then 2% of the time.
7-7-10 Recurrence to RT axilla again. Back to UCLA for options.

Bill, without realizing it, you might have helped me with a name already. My daughter plans on naming her baby after my late mother and her name was Nanette. She will definitely use her hebrew name if it is a girl. If it is a girl, then she may also name her using the initial "N". Nicola is a beautiful name and one I hadn't thought of right away. The other names starting with an "N" were pretty obvious.
