I am Macanese and my family used to reside in Macao (primarily) & Hong Kong, before I was born in San Francisco. Nobody in my family lives there anymore, as we all refuged to elsewhere.

If you are unsatisfied with your onc or want a 2nd opinion, let me know and I could ask my aunt -- that is my mom's younger sister -- if she knows of anyone good in Hong Kong. She is the last relative in our family to leave China; she now lives in Portugal. Do you live in Hong Kong?
