Do Dural Tumours Responds to Systemic Treatment - Herceptin & Perjeta

My wife had 11 dural mets treated with Gamma Knife 4 weeks ago. She has no systemic disease. She is starting Taxotere, Herceptin & Perjeta in two weeks time. Either the same week or the week after she will be starting intrathecal Herceptin.

Does anyone know if dura based lesions respond to systemic treatment? i.e. Perjeta and Herceptin? We saw a Professor last week and he was unsure.
