Hair and WBR

I always feel hestitant to ask anything about hair when I know it is very pale in comparision to what others are going thru. I had WBR and my hair did grow back. Does it get thicker as time goes on? My hair was really thick and now it is average. I know this is the least of my problems but just had to ask!
