I recommend this movie, especially to new members who have not seen it. It gave me a greater appreciation of Herceptin and the work of people like Dr. Slamon who devote a large portion of their lives to helping people with diseases. I also have a greater appreciation and love for the patients who try new drugs in hopes of a better life for themselves and for us.

Re: Living Proof will be on 10/10/11 @6pm on Lifetime

Well Ladies tonight is the night to cry your eyes out!! I saw Living Proof years ago on Lifetime and never dreamed I would be dx with HER2 but at least I knew about it. The movie "Five" is also on tonight. These movies gives us a good reason to cry. Crying makes me feel better. My GP wants me to consider Lexapro. He said its good for the stess of cancer. Whats good for the stress of cancer is just getting thru it and have it behind you. So tonight while I am watching these movies I will think of you, my HER2 family.

Living Proof may not be at the same time or same Lifetime Channels in all time zones.
I found it here on LMN (Lifetime Movie Network) at noon.
www.youtube.com has some Lfetime segments of Living Proof and a talk by Dr. Slamon for viewing. If you miss the movie on T. V. try this link.

Wow! I saw Living Proof for the first time last night. I was so touched and so appreciative of all that researchers go through to develop life saving drugs. Thank God for people like Dr. Slamon.

Living Proof did not air in our market last evening. It was a movie with Hillary Swank. I will keep checking.

It's an amazing film. Dr Slamon continued despite lack of funds and obstacles. I bought it, watched it here in France and then gave it to my onc here who knows Dennis as he calls him. Watch it if you can or order it. Thank you Dr. Slamon!!! we love you!!! and are only alive because of your belief and courage.
oh and I loved the mouse!
