experienced any "tired feeling" in my brain from my brain mets...but I am in favor of all of us having brain MRI's, anyway....

I hope your senstation is from what you thought in your post...and not any stinking brain mets!

love and hugs,
pattyz

Haven't been on the board lately but was glad to see your post. Think of you often. How are you doing?

aww! Thanks...

I am actually doing pretty good, considering. And ofcourse that scares me! Still have 4 brain mets,(after last SRS on 12/22) ea. nearing the 1cm mark in size.

Friday I see my med onc and will ask what my chances are of getting a referral for a CyberKnife procedure. Will my ins pay for it. Ask him about starting Xeloda at some point, as it has been shown to have some response in brain mets.

I am currently on Temodar. Finished my second round two weeks ago. Guess my follow-up MRI at the end of Feb would be when I'd know what's happening up there.

too much info???

hugs, love,
