Protective effect of long chain omega three against BC

Here are three trials I do not recall having posted before. They suggest omega three has a protective effect in respect of BC risk.

Arguments and links for trying to balance the omega threes and sixes have been posted previously and should be available be entering a search term after clicking on search above.

Fish oil is high in EPA DHA etc. A trial showed uptake in women of DHA dropped off at about two grams a day.

Please do talk to your medical advisors about significant dietary changes. Fish oil is known to cause blood thinning etc.
