Here is a link from Dr Mercola explaining the diet. The founder's wife died at 78 from cancer. If you don't subscribe to his news letter... do it. It's full of informative updated news. You know this diet thing is basically about a balance of protein, fats and carbs (and I'm talkig about healthy choices like salmon, olive oil and broccoli). Don't be afraid to eat that cookie, just do it after your meal so your insulin levels don't spike.
