Today was registration day for the event. Left my home at 4:30 AM..arrived in San Antonio at 2:00 PM local time.
we registered and then went to an advocacy support meeting hosted by Genentech. They will soon be starting a data base of ALL HER2+++ bc women. All are requested to participate whether you ever too Herceptin or not. Also if you took Herceptin and it didn't work. GENENTECH wants to know. Look for additional details on this web site.

Then went to a luncheon given by our hosts: The Alamo Breast Cancer Foundation. Met quite a few other bc advocates and we are now embarking on a joint effort to help other groups who in turn will help us.

Many rumors are stirring throughout the crowd. Look for positive news from Genentech, GSK and an exciting announcement Thursday which may be a breakthrough in cancer diagnostics.

Hugs and well wishes to all,
(A very tired) Christine
