Her2 Healthy Christmas Granola Recipe

HI EVERYONE,

I FOUND THIS DELICIOUS RECIPE FOR CINNOMON WALNUT GRANOLA
ON THE INTERNET AND LOVE IT. MY FRIENDS LOVE IT TOO. I USE CRAN-RAISONS ( DRIED AND SWEETENED CRANBERRIES) IN PLACE OF RAISINS FOR A NICE CHRISTMAS TOUCH AND COLOR.

NOTICE IT HAS SOME OF THE HER2 INHIBITOR FOODS IN THE GRANOLA SUCH AS:

OLIVE OIL
FLAX SEED ( MAY WANT TO LIMIT IF YOU HAVE HORMONAL POSITIVE BREAST CANCER)
DRIED CRANBERRIES
DRIED SWEETENED BLUEBERRIES (OPTIONAL IN PLACE OF RAISONS)
WALNUTS (SMALL AMOUNT OF OMEGA THREE)

NOW EAT THE GRANOLA WITH A HOT CUP OF GREEN TEA TO ADD ANOTHER HER2 INHIBITOR, GREEN TEA.

LINK TO RECIPE:
http://www.recipezaar.com/Cinnamon-W...Granola-201000

PS. THIS MAKES AN EASY CHEAP PRETTY CHRISTMAS GIFT TOO, IF YOU PLACE THE GRANOLA MIX IN A MASON JAR WITH A RED RIBBON ON TOP. NOTE THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS ARE IN VOLUMES TO MAKE A LARGE BATCH OF GRANOLA, WHICH MAY BE CUT IN HALF, IF YOU DESIRE A SMALLER BATCH.

Thanks, this looks delicious and I think my Mom would love some for Christmas--I'm going to use those cherry-flavored craisins!

It does sound good and not complicated either. A win/win in my book.

Thanks for sharing.

Wink Her 2 Healthy Christmas Granola

I tried the recipe. I ate a small bowl this morning with plain liquid yoghurt. Delicious !! The only changes I made were that I added a few crushed sliced dried banana pieces and a few sliced almonds. I filled bottles of it for gifts. I will also give a carton of almond milk, or soy milk or a package of dried milk and a large orange with each package of granola according to the preferences of the people receiving my granola. Breakfast of champions !!
Thanks for the recipe and the idea.
