Wink Inhibiting Aromatase via Foods

"Blocking the production of estrogen is a relatively new drug pathway in cancer treatment. With AICR funding, a research team is finding that everyday foods may lower estrogen production in the same way."

This is from the American Insititute for Cancer Research. http://www.aicr.org/site/PageServer. I wonder if the foods listed are a good way to reduce estrogen for those who have side effects from drugs like Arimidex, Femara, and Aromasin?

Wow! Great stuff here Elaine! Thanks so much for both links, but especially the link to AICR. I get their emails, but had really forgotten their great site. Thank you for bringing it back to the forefront for me!
