Question mystery pill in with Femara tablets..

hi all -
I was dispensing my weekly meds yesterday and found a small round, pale yellow tablet marked "81" in with my dark yellow femara's. It was a sealed from the factory bottle so I am perplexed as to what it was. I checked a drug id site and saw nothing that matched it. Just curious if anyone else has had this happen. Glad I was paying attention! I reported it to Novartis, and they are sending an envelope to mail it to them. kim

That is strange!

Kim,

I am on Femara also, I have just gotten a new bottle of Femara, have checked inside - and nothing like that. Have not checked in the past but all the pills have looked the same. Been on Femara since 9/7/06.....

Keep us updated on this..

Thanks for Info.

Wow, that is very strange. Glad you were so alert!

81 is the number of grams in a basic aspirin, I believe. Wonder if someone had a headache while filling the femara bottles....

Kim, I love this story. Am still giggling while my husband wants to know why. I looked all over for my watch this morning and finally found it on my arm Amazing isn't it?
Hang in there. It may not get better but it will definitely get different!
Love & hugs, Marlys

I just have to add to this. I have been LITERALLY HUNTING for the last three weeks and thinking that I had seriously LOST MY MIND for mine and my son's birth certificates (for passport applications). Well, just two days ago where do I find them, right in front of my face below my computer monitor! You know the one, the computer monitor that I sit at for hours upon hours on a daily basis as I scour the internet searching for any tidbit of information that I might find helpful. I still can't believe they were sitting RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF ME THE WHOLE TIME! Yikes! Maybe I am losing my mind....
