Patty, I just came back from my oncologist and we discussed the options he thinks there would be suitable for me.
Like you, I refuse the WBR and would like to try the SRS, but he said that I have to talk about it with a ´whole team from experts (radiologist, neurocirurg, etc.) so I will have an appointment tomorrow to try to clear this.
I have 6 mets. The big one is almost 3 cm. and is the one causing me problems.
I don´t feel very much like writting now, but I just wanted to tell you that I appreciate your help and it makes me feel much better to know that there is someone out there who already went (or still is) through this terrifiying situation.
