Actually I don't remember my very first Hercepting tx (still in shock at the time), but I do remember when I transitioned to the 3week dose vs. the weekly dose.Body ache, chills, fever...like the flu, and a bad case of it.Afterwards I had deep muscle pain that lingered for a couple of weeks.B/c of all of that I switched back to weekly tx.I still feel flu'ish after treatment but I make sure to take tylenol when I have my infusion. If I don't, within 2 hrs I feel the flu sypmtoms creeping in.
I'd like to try and switch back to the 3 weeks tx, but I just don't want to feel that crappy again.
Any other suggestions?

Jessica,
Did you stay on the 3 weekly for awhile, or just have the first, loading, dose? That initial loading dose is the toughie, after that they drop you back to the maintenance dose which seems to create fewer side effects for most. You also may find the side effects diminish over time, that was true for me.
Hugs,
Lolly
