I guess you would need a brain MRI or some other method of diagnosis tests, you would have better information.
I did have a brain met (recurred a year later after original diagnosis), but I never experienced dizziness.
However, when I was on my initial chemo's (4x A/C dose dense, 12x Taxol weekly, I often felt very light-headed. I was told that it was due to having low blood counts (anemic, etc). Perhaps this may be your reason.
I would push for an MRI.

Currently on Abraxane (3 weeks / 1 week off)
