Smile A look at low carb diet--now what would our pyramid look like?

<table class="ygrp-desc" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr><td> </td></tr></tbody></table>
This was the diet I was on prior to breast cancer, and I will admit an easy one to follow. Now it is supposed to be low fat and high carb. What would the new guidelines, for ER/PR negative look like? And this is also a recommended diet for diabetics by many doctors. How are you diabetics handling this? I ask because my husband is diabetic.

Exclamation Janet...

this is the one I began shortly after dx in 2/05. I admit, it is a bit overwhelming at first, but now it has become second nature and MANY days I do between 13-16 fruits and veg a day. Take care and God bless.
