When it comes to back pain I know what it's like. It sucks. from my L1 to S1 my spine curves in 40%, and my back has been like this for over 20 years. But got worse in the last 10 years. my back use to get so bad that I was 4 of Bayer extra strength at 500mg at once. Now I have stopped taking and instead I take 150mg Tramadol when I need it. But you have be very careful with this drug because it's a Narcotic and does have side effects but I have none A good mattress helps with bad back pain. I also see a chiropractor, which helps a lot. you may want to think that seeing one. Or ask your to send to get some physical therapy, it to could help with your pain.
putting hot water from the shower helps but make it as hot as you can stand it. I wish well my friend and hope this has been of some help to you.
