2 cantalopes, chilled
1/4 C. OJ
i tsp chopped gingerroot
1/2 C. Buttermilk
Scoop melon and place meat in blender. Add rest. Blend. If melon was cold, serve immediatly. Else, chill.
80 calories, no fat.
