Has anyone tried breast milk

Hi all,

My breastfeeding friends have researched the positive stories about breast milk curing cancer, and helping the immune system. I don't reckon it can cure cancer, but I do think it may boost white blood cell count. I am wondering whether anyone else has tried this approach, in combination with chemo and targeted drugs, or as a sole approach, and what have been the results?

I've cut out all dairy and sugar from my diet, so that adds to my skepticism over the breast milk as i'm aware there's a certain amount of both that gets passed from a mother to her milk.

Thanks
