Are the Koreans the only ones who have seriously investigated the relevance of HER2 in node-negatives?

Okay, make that "Are the Koreans and Chinese the only ones who are interested...?"

My guess at what is meant by "steroid positive" is they use that term for ER+ or PR+. So I read their report to mean that their study shows that for node negatives, being ER+ and HER2+++ has a worse prognosis -- so therefore more intensive therapy would be recommended for ER+ and HER2+++ node negatives.

That is just my interpretation.

That's what I get out of it. Makes me very nervous about my mom going on hormones w/o chemo.
