I know that I have seen previous mention of people using Milk Thistle for liver strengthening.

I am curious, where do you get your milk thistle from? Is there a difference in brands?

Thanks for any information you can provide.

I buy mine in capsule form at the health food store. I don't know about particular brands.

Love and light,

Lisa

Esther, I would suggest going to a local health food store. I have some Solaray milk thistle at home, but can't recall the total mg. Also, the Cancer Nutrition Centers of America sell vitamins and also sell milk thistle as well as a specialized one called SAT for cancer patients. SAT is a combo of milk thistle, turmeric and artichoke. Hope this helps.

Tumeric, (curcumin) is not recommended for people on chemo.
