Herceptin alone

Does anyone know of an oncologist who will give herceptin alone wihtout chemo? did one round of chemo very severe pain, body won't be able to handle anymore chemo but wouldnt mind just doing Herceptin or even Tamoxifen. I am from Milwaukee, WI area and the drs here wont give herceptin without chemo first. Is this because they think insurance wont pay? Snufi
