so what I want to know...

and believe me, what I have tried to find is this: If you have an initial result over 5 ctc's per 7.5ml, but within a short time after the new therapy has begun the result is drastically lower does one still have a lousier chance for DFS and OS? Of course I ask 'cause it is my situation, but I can't be the only one. At the start of Navelbine I was a 6 and it scared the heck outta me. After 5 weeks I was a 0 which seems pretty darn good, but does it really matter given these studies I keep finding?
