Several of you came to mind when I read this article, and thought it might give you some insight on the pioneer work that you are doing.
Joe, thanks so much for this article, I'm going to print it out for my mom as she has had a hard time understanding how the vaccine works. I think this is a good general explanation and the graphics are great too!
