URGENT My daughter's insurance approved the Tykerb drug but now she can't seem to get the authorization through from the CVS warehouse group to ship it! She has waiting TWO WEEKS now!! She has called them and the doctor's office has called them several times and get the same answer - waiting authorization! Can anyone weigh in with advice on how to get this? My best to you all! Joyce
