herceptin trastuzumab intrathecal

Dear all,
I allready posted yesterday because of my best friend who is asking for possibilities of herceptin trastuzumab intrathecal application. Yesterday I did not write so much of the medical history of my friend. I try to do this now. If someone knows something where this method is apllied, please let me know. It does not have to be in the U.S., anywhere! I wish you all the best.
Nicola

Here are the facts:

Date of birth 1974
09/2009 HER positive breast cancer with metastases in the liver (chemotherapy)
11/2010 matastases in the brain
Between 11/24/2010 and 12/07/2010 whole brain radiation for multiple supratentorial and infratentorial lesions
05/09/2011 new groth
05/16/2011 suboccipital craniotomy where 2 cerebellar masses were resected
She was scheduled to have stereotactic radiosurgery for several remaining metastases within the brain on 06/07/11. Unfortunately, that treatment was canceled when new growth appeared in the MRI done to prep for the procedure, some of which is suspected to have a leptomeningeal component.
Her primary oncologist is recommending Lapatinib and Xeloda. She is not very happy with this opinion, she heard of the possibiliy of intrathecal herceptin methods.
