Hi Rhonda...

Fat grams need to be less than 20g per day according to the WINS study to reduce hormonal negative bc relapse. I think that along with reducing the amount of fat in the diet, one should really try to only use good fats with limited saturated fat use, limited carbohydrates and balancing of the omega3 with the omega6. Additionally, I believe that antinflammatory factors should be incorportated into the diet. This may include such things as vitamin E and tumeric, a natural antinflamatory. Also, let's not forget to exercise that dangerous fat off everyday.

PS. Some even recommend a baby aspirin a day to help prevent inflammation factors that lead to heart diseas, arthritis and cancers.
