Help with Billing Services for a Health Clinic with Ease

Hello! good day to all! We want to get your opinion or recommendations with regards a billing system. My sister is a health clinic assistant, She has been busy handling a lot of things and its difficult for her to do manual submissions and checking out payments. She is asking me about a web based software that could help her. I'm not knowledgeable with such things. Anyone here? Please let me know about its functionality. Can we have your opinion on how to handle billing services easily for a health clinic. Thanks!

She probably needs to talk to her boss and/or the IT department first. The software will probably need to be incorporated into the whole computer system of the clinic.

Re: Help with Billing Services for a Health Clinic with Ease

Thanks for your input Jackie07 and I have to apologize for the uber late reply (been busy with work the past months).

She did talk to her boss about it but the thing is they don't have an internal IT dept to handle these kinds of stuff. I just thought someone here might have an idea about these kinds of things.

They were able to check with an IT consulting company around November and were advised that they should use a software that can integrate properly with partner offices and nearby clinics to avoid inconvenience. They're currently testing 2 EHR and billing softwares for free. One by Healthfusion and the other by TotalMD. I couldn't find video reviews for TotalMD but here's a video on meditouch reviews.

They're currently weighing which software is the most user friendly and convenient. Again, I don't know a lot about these kinds of things as I work in a different field but someone here might know about this topic so I'm taking the chance. Any feedback would be of great help.
