Hello, friends,
Christine and Joe have asked Janelle and I to take leads on the chat room since they are so busy with other activities to help us all.
Since many of you have gone to the Chat Room and found it empty, we have decided to have set times for open chats. These will be Monday-Thursday 9-10 p.m. EST (starting tonight, Tuesday) and Saturday-Sunday noon-1 p.m. This way you will probably find others available to talk at these times. Of course, the room is always open. (For our non-USA friends, I hope one of these times works for you. If not, I'm open to additional time slots.)
We have also set up a few guidelines. 1. We would like this to be a place where everyone can state their opinions without ridicule. We all need to feel free to share information, fears and joys.
2. No obscenities, please. 3. Please use a name to sign in rather than "Guest".
So if you'd like to actively participate or just sit and listen, we encourage you to join us.
