supportwife , I too am sorry you got the xeloda arm . my wife tried xeloda and tykerb twice . tough s/e.'s xeloda caused skin issues on feet and hands . she could only stay on about 2 months each time. she did then get kadcyla and it knocked her her2 only cancer out over 5 yrs so far . no chemo past 2 yrs. i hope your wife can handle the xeloda . by trying , she is enrolled in the study . i expect marg. to outperform xeloda . in the past there have been instances where the trial drug is so good they stop the trial and offer the test drug to all. i believe that would include your wife as officially enrolled even if she had to stop xeloda. check it out. the other promising drug to look for is tucatinib , ont380 , that you mentioned.
