No Rash

I have been on the Tykerb/Xeloda combo for the last year now and never had a rash. I believe as some have stated, that side effects vary from one patient to another. Pls dont think that this is the reason for it not working. I have frankly never gotten nausea or felt sick from all of the thousands of chemos I have been on and wondered at one point if this meant it was not working as well. I dont think it works that way. Some people are just more prone to some of the side effects then others.
I would keep your research going with your onc. for future, but meantime I pray that your wife starts seeing some results.

2007 - TAKEN OFF OF TYKERB/XELODA TRIAL DUE TO
PROGRESS STARTING TYKERB/AVASTIN.
NOV 2007 - SCANS SHOW PROGRESS TUMOR GROWTH
IN ABDOM. AND TWO NEW TUMORS IN NECK AREA.
BEGAN HERCEPTIN/AVASTIN/TAXOTERE
Feb 08 - Ixempra/Xeloda
June 08 - Her/DM1 trial
