GW52076

Is anybody currently enrolled in in the GW52076 trial. The GSK drug GW52076 is currently in phase II and phase III clinical trials in the US. It is for HER2 +++ bc patients who didn't respond to Herceptin. If so I would like to hear from you. I live in Singapore and vey few trials are done here and currntly there is none for people who have already taken herceptin. I would also like to know of any other trial that does not involve chemo. Thank you

My mother will be starting Lapatinib GWS72016 in a few weeks..I've been trying to find more information about it beforehand.

I just started in the Phase III clinical trial for Xeloda with or without Lapatinib. It seems designed for those who failed Herceptin. I drew the arm without the Lapatinib. They are seeking 600 or so for this study, and I hope it gains some publicity so it can increase in size.
