Thanks for your replys Sandy and lauren.
lauren, as far as dosages go, would you mind telling me your dosage and frequency? The Z-Fast study is using Zometa 4mg every 6 months. {I would not qualify for this study as it uses Femara and I am estrogen negative.) Are your doses in line with this study and are you osteopenic or are you getting Zometa for prevention of bone mets only?

I get it once a year, don't know how much. I was borderline osteo-something, but because I am very petite, they could not even place me on the chart so it seemed like a reasonable idea to get me the Zometa.
