SAN FRANCISCO (EGMN) - Bortezomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone together produced overall response rates of 100% in two trials that tested combinations as first-line therapy for newly diagnosed multiple myeloma.Toxicity was manageable in 66 patients, including high-risk groups, who were evaluated in a phase I/II trial presented by Dr. Paul Richardson at the annual meeting of the American Society of Hematology.
