Thanks, absolutely fascinating Fern! It's certainly true about feeling chilly after treatment! Will be turning the temp up here in the uk!

Very interesting - between the colder temps and lower Vitamin D levels (due to lack of sunshine) found in BC patients - living in a northern climate may have something to do with being diagnosed - at least it could be a piece of the puzzle.

All those years we were warned to stay out of the sun, and if you were out in it, slather yourself in sunscreen and wear protective clothing!! Now when I walk in the good weather, I leave one arm or one leg bare with no sunscreen. Taking 4000 D3 daily.
