I Theresa,

I get twings and twangs in both the affected and unaffected. By T & T, I mean startling sensations but not quite a needle. The affected side is usually achier. I haven't mentioned them, but by all means , make an appointment and mention them, it will make you feel better. It's probably nothing, but hey it's not our job to diagnose. I do think BC people are more likely to notice happenings in their bodies. It could be the Ai's etc. too. I'm a year ahead of you and my scans keep coming out clean even with twings and twangs.
