Goodbye, Radiant (Kim)

It is with great sadness that I pass along the information that we lost Kim (radiant) yesterday at 3:12PM, Pacific time. Kim was so full of life, positivity and wonder. I had the privilege of spending one full day with Kim in San Francisco in late November when I attended a conference, and she had quite the day and night planned out. From the wharf to the Golden Gate Bridge to museums and Haight-Ashbury, we laughed through it all. She just loved the smell of eucalyptus and drove us through wild batches of it just to take in the fragrance. She was also a dear friend to our Courtney, and so she introduced me to Jay, Courtney's husband, whom I found absolutely as awesome in person as in his writing.

Kim was very at peace with her place in life, and knew then that she was Heaven-bound. I will always cherish the time with her spent on the West coast, as well as here in the East, where we enjoyed vegetarian hotspots, lavender-infused chocolates and great conversation.
