In regard to this, I can't get it here in my small town but I understand broccoflower is exceptionally good.
Also, for the life of me I can't remember where I saw this, but a study of broccoli that was particularly interesting found that it had to be heated to a certain temperature range only, so as not to destroy most of the value of what we are eating it for... I think it was 212 degrees F.....
