Re: Cool Breeze's great video

Thanks! I think it's been posted before though. The director is getting married at the end of this month and invited me. I so wanted to go and have delayed the RSVP until the last second, but having gotten so sick recently I realized that I probably am not going to be able to go. Very frustrating to me. They did a lovely job.

One of the series has gotten a lot of attention - a young man named Zach. Unfortunately, he has died but his song hit top of the billboard charts. I feel for his family, and all of us who are in it really. Several who appeared in the show are gone already.

Re: Cool Breeze's great video

Zach's video was incredible! It went viral on You-Tube and he wrote that great song about Clouds. Didn't realize it was the same series, but not surprised.

I was thinking about legacies today after we dropped my son off at the airport. How when the people you love are no longer in your physical presence, your memories of them can be just as powerful. Kiri talks about that in her blog, in the section called the Secret Keeper. The videos and blogs are now such a big part of that, and what's wonderful is that they can touch so many people, so many who've not had the privilege of being directly in your lives. That is a very special kind of immortality, of legacy, and precious in the sense that it can somewhat counterbalance the tragedy of lives cut short too soon. "So long lives this/And this gives life to thee."

Re: Cool Breeze's great video

Thank you! I haven't watched it in a while but my son graduates next years - was there something that was six years??

I can't stand to watch it because I don't like to see my husband tear up.
