Where do you get treatment ideas?

After this current combination and we are out of new drug to try. We are trying to get into a clinical trial but not sure if we could get-in due to perpetually low blood count.

I regularly read from the below sources. Where do you get conventional treatment ideas?

SABCS, ASCO, ESSO, Clinicaltrials.gov, AACR, MedlinePlus, PubMed, BiomedCentral, PracticeUpdate, Researchtopractice, Elsevierjounalalerts, Jama, Her2support.org, Breastcancer.org

Many thanks for your input.

Re: Where do you get treatment ideas?

Sometimes a hospital is linked to other sources like John Hopkins for example.
I am from Pa./Pittsburgh area with Allegheny Health Network who works with
John Hopkins for up dated information. But they also get from Upmc also a another
large hospital in the area. (they are into heavy research) Sometimes getting a second opinion from a different net work
helps with ideas. Please let us know how things are going.
