This is a 160 page presentation dated July 9,2006. The length of this pdf file should not deter from viewing it since it is almost entirely made up of slides which provide a quick & mostly easy to understand summary of preclinical & clinical trial results.
Many of the slides are charts in graph format providing very readable pictures of a lot of experimental data in a condensed manner such as:
= comparisons of progression free time of various combo treatments
= ranking of drug combos according to synergy or additive properties
