Sorry I didn't see your earlier post asking questions. You are taking the same cruise we did! You will love the Miracle, take as many clothes as you want--lots of room and lots of room under the bed to store suitcases.
I am 61 years old. On my 60th birthday I jumped out of a plane--tandem style parachute! Scariest part was the small plane we went up in! I was more than happy to jump out as I didn't think it would make a good landing! LOL
So, some heights don't bother me. Doing the mule ride down the Grand Canyon--years ago--now that bothered me! Scary!
I would put the gliding through the jungle way below either. They are very, very safety conscious. You are always safely hooked to a wire. I am not a very energetic person and was concerned about the walking and steps they talked about, but it was pretty easy. We went on the first trip of the day so that we did not see what other people were doing and that made it more exciting. The rapelling is not like you see on TV! You are in your harness and they control your decent. I don't want to talk you out of it by telling you how non-thrilling it is but it is just good enough to enjoy with being safe for the average person.
Don't miss Sting Ray City! You stand there and they swim all around you and be sure to feed them. Very fun.
Have a great trip and tell us all about it when you get back! You can e-mail me directly by clicking on my name and going from there or

Lucky! After reading about the rapelling, I went to check out our cruise coming up. Our ship does not go to Belize, so we don't get to do the rapelling....boohoo.

We go to Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. Still fun though.

You still get the sting rays in Grand Caymen and swimming with the dolphins in Cozumel--oh, and did I tell you about the wonderful jewlery shops in Cozumel?
