Exercise and diet

My husband brought this article to me last night and we read it together. It reminded me of Lance Armstrong, perhaps forcing his cancer into remission. My simple interpretation is that extreme exercise by Lance as well as the gentleman with melanoma just might force the body circulation and elimination processes to flush out toxins, and maybe a healthy diet provided additional support to the immune system.
