Although it is still a possibility for my mom's liver mets at some point, I would like people here to help me reconstruct the track record of sir-spheres in the forum or outside the forum. I ask this because I have been made aware of great success stories with a number of CRC and other cancer patients but have the sense that the anecdotal evidence here in HER2 land is not so good. Even though the docs say it wasn't due to the spheres, I'm not convinced that they didn't cause major microscopic cells throughout her liver. It could have been caused by the spheres or simply the waiting while she recovered from the sphere prcocedure.
