These when taken together temporarily open the blood brain barrier It is used to treat brain tumors without exposing healthy brain tissue. World reknowned neurosurgeon Dr. Keith Black actually discovered bradykinin and does clinical trials at Cedar-Sinai in Los Angeles. I'm not sure if it is primary brain cancers exclusively or metastases as well. Maybe you could get some information from them
