wore my pink shoes yesterday

Hello All,
Have not posted much lately but I always think of all past and present sisters.
This being breast cancer awareness month I ask all to reach out to other
women and gently & very politely ask if they have had their mammogram.

It is vital that women test for breast cancer. Detecting this devil early is life saving. We can help others by wearing pink and pinning on our pink ribbons etc. Most often while I am out and about most will acknowledge and it makes for a gentle entry to make other women aware and planting the seed to have themselves checked.

I know for myself my diligence saved me.
All steps are important in this battle and the first starts with early detection.
Sending big hugs and all well wishes.
Fondly
Jean

Re: wore my pink shoes yesterday

Agreed Jean, early detection is the key although my own lump was discovered in the shower while at a sales conference and I couldn't wait to get home to see a breast surgeon.

Thankfully many of us are still here and well to encourage other's !

Best wishes to you and all here within this group.
