Re: Scans...all day!!

Thanks Friends!
Finally got home at 8:30 tonight. What a long day of waiting around.

Probably won't hear anything for a day or to I expect...unless it's tragic...they'll rush to tell me that, I think.

Wednesday is another long day. Pre-op tests for Gamma, and an MRI of my whole spine to see if those nasty little BC cells have migrated south.

Trusting God to take care of me one way or another. Keep those prayers and the positive energy flow coming my way. Maybe if God's "on the fence" about which way things should go...our good-hearted pestering might help.

Thanks again, everybody!
Your posts made a long, worrisome day end on a happy note.
Denise

Re: Scans...all day!!

Been there done that. The T-shirt was not that great. Tell the furry guy to give you all the support he can. There are lots of ways to get better. All it takes is attitude of anger to the disease and wanting to find a way out of the maze. I will be there with you every time you need someone to show you the hidden door in the brick wall. If you are not frustrated, you are not normal. If you are not hopeful, you are not the person that I have followed for the past seven months. We need to have you teaching students next month.

Re: Scans...all day!!

Have been away and didn't see your most recent posts until now. Praying now that you will get the best possible news about your day of tests, and that tomorrow's tests indicate that no cells have gone south. Sending a warm cyber hug, Denise and wishes that you will soon be back to your classroom.
