Wink

Mugsy from Yale???? Is that like Rover from Harvard???? Good guess
Vickie.

Snoopy, Lassie, Eddie and Laika are correct answers.

Still need the celebrity dogs from Disney, the super bowl beer commmericals
and the one who could sign his own name ...

#2 Rin Tin Tin or The Shaggy Dog?

see previous post for other answers. Alas and alack! I'm somewhat stumped but considering calling my neighbor's dog, Jackson, to see if he has the answer
to this one! We're off for guacamole and chips....Love these posts, Pink Girl, I'm actually de-webbing my brain a bit and laughing a lot. Perhaps, it's the spray cheese..... Vickie

Hey PinkGirl,

These are completely from memory - I did not peek at all so I could have some wrong.

1. Wyatt --- Bill and Nicola

3. Cocoa, Sophie and Sadie --- Sheila

9. Murray and Hondo --- Marejo

10. Beau --- Flori

17. Chilly --- TerriB

I'm sure you included your dog in there but I can't remember the name.....I am really going out on a limb and guessing (#7) Boone.

Very good Gerri ... except for my dog ... I have only mentioned her name
once ... she died in 2005 right when I was dx. But .... it should be
obvious from the name, GerriGirl ....

Okay, so that means LaceyGirl belonged to you....DUH!!

My dog Montana (I called him "My Boy") also died in 2005, 3 months prior to my dx. I love dogs, but my hubby does not, therefore I am now dogless. I wish I had used my "C Card" at the time to get a new one.

PinkGirl,

I noticied your dx date as Aug - that is when "My Boy" went to Doggie Heaven. Maybe LaceyGirl and Montana are hanging out.

My 'Puppy' went to doggie heaven 2 years after my first breast cancer diagnosis. I have been wondering if the chemicals on her 'flea collar' has anything to do with my breast cancer.

It's a toy poodle - wondered into my yard in 1993 after my first brain surgery. I firmly believe that God had brought it to my doorstep - to keep me company, to make friends with neighbors, to keep us sane...

Gerri, LaceyGirl died on Aug. 18/05. That would be nice if the two poops

What a beauty! Was LaceyGirl an Irish Setter? Montana was a Golden Retriever/Chow mix. He died on Aug 29 05. I'll take a picture to work tomorrow so I can scan it and post it. To me retrievers and setters have similar looks - setters just have longer ears - but the same sweet face.

one of the red ones ... very pretty girl.

At first look I thought LaceyGirl was a golden, but the red color threw me off. It also looks like she had longer ears than Montana. Aw, now I know they are hanging out. I'll post a photo of My Boy tomorrow.

My Boy!!

Here is a picture of Montana. Even though he was a boy dog, I always thought he was so pretty. He and LaceyGirl would make quite the couple. I really do miss him!!

Montana is a dashing dude ... I'm sure he has hooked up with Lacey.

I feel I must protect LG's honour and memory ... she didn't have long
ears ... but she was very furry and shaggy around her neck and it looks
like her ears keep on going ... but they don't.

Montana must have been fun to brush ... he was a very nice colour and
I can see lots of retriever in him .... a real cutie pie ...

Famous Shipwrecks:

1) The Bismark and the Tirpitz

2) The Edmund Fitzgerald

3) The Titanic (Telling God that even he couldn't sink the ship, on retrospect, looks like a real dumb move.)

4) The U.S.S. Yorktown

5) Not even with a ten foot pole would I touch this question. Do you remember what happened last time? You are a big troublemaker.

6) The Lusitania

7) Not sure, the SS General Slocum burned in New York in 1904 and was launched in 1891.
